Fairford Primary School installed a solar PV system under Gloucester Diocese Board of Education to meet targets to become green and eco-friendly. Fairford Primary School presented a challenging roof surface where fixing solutions were concerned, in the form of a steel interlocking roof sheet. Through the internal design and engineering process. Fairford CofE Primary School now benefits from reduced energy bills. SAS ENERGY were able to explore a variance of mounting solutions before finding the perfect solution ensuring the roof remained weather tight following the installation. Once again, full and safe operation of the school was maintained throughout the installation process and are currently benefiting from reduced energy bills and carbon footprint, meeting the community’s targets
